YMCA Certified Personal Trainers are here to help take your fitness to the next level.  We offer guided individualized exercise programs to help you achieve and maintain your health and wellness goals.   Our trainers are attentive to your health and wellness history as well as your goals so that you can experience a comfortable, safe and non-intimidating environment, regardless of your age or ability.  Personal training sessions are available as private sessions, partner sessions or in small groups.

Justin Staub

Justine enjoys training a diverse group of clients ranging from young athletes to senior citizens. She possesses a background in dance and holds years of experience in training clients at the Y. Justine is specialized in pregnancy/postpartum exercise but also focuses on strength/conditioning training as well as mobility, flexibility, and unilateral training.
