NFL Flag Football is a coed program. Participants will learn the fundamental skills through practices and games. Led by volunteer coaches, participants will practice once during the week and play games on Saturdays. Practice day and time notifications will be prior to start of season. Players will receive jerseys prior to first games. Players may “play up” in older division but cannot play down. All practices and games will be played on the turf.

Practices: Weeks of 3/25 – 5/27
Games: Saturdays, 4/6 – 6/1
