Private Swimming Lessons - Gettysburg
Our goal is to meet the needs of all participants by offering private and semi-private swimming lessons. Anyone age three or older with any level of swimming ability is welcome!
To make your experience the best, please familiarize yourself with the following information regarding our policies.
1. Lessons are sold in packages of six, and all fees must be pre-paid.
2. Each lesson is 30 minutes in length.
3. Lessons are scheduled between the student and instructor at mutually agreed-upon times.
4. All lesson packages must be used within six months from the time of purchase.
5. If you need to reschedule a lesson, notify the instructor AND the YMCA Aquatic Director at least 24 hours before the lesson. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the missed lesson.
RATES: Member: $200 Non-Member: $230

Private Swimming Lessons
If the group lesson schedule doesn’t fit yours, or you are looking for more individualized instruction, private lessons are the way to go! Private lessons are available in packages of six and are scheduled with an instructor at a mutually agreed upon time. The lessons are 30 minutes long and allow you or your child to progress at your own pace.
Lessons must always be scheduled when the pool is not running other programs.
Private lessons are arranged for one student with an instructor.

Semi-Private Lessons

Private and Semi-Private lessons are available in packages of six and are scheduled with an instructor at a mutually agreed upon time. The lessons are 30 minutes long and allow you or your child to progress at your own pace.
Lessons must always be scheduled when the pool is not running other programs.
Semi-private lessons are scheduled for two students who have the same swimming ability. The YMCA does not pair students.
Semi-Private Lessons
Members: $260 ($130 per student)
Non-Member: $320 ($160 per student)
