Ages 4-9 years

Practice twice a week for 1.5 hours

Coaches follow USA Gymnastics Level 1 program

Gymnasts focus on body positions, shapes, and basic skills as they prepare for Level 2

Must carry at least a Youth Membership from the YMCA.

Upon successful completion of  Level 2 gymnast will be invited to join our Level 3 competitive team
